He also talks about our new production site, the balance between automation and human expertise, and the future of medical technology as healthcare costs rise.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Behind every implant are our employees. Engineers, technicians and operators bring the expertise and commitment that help patients regain their mobility every day.
